These sessions are for beginners. You don’t need to have ever cut a piece of glass to attend. Glass artist Jane Ellis will walk you through all the processes needed to create your own unique piece of glass.
You can either make one of your own creations into a wall hanger, make a set of 2 coasters a small dish, or follow one of the pre created projects if you need a little help. If there is time you can also use some of the off cuts to make a necklace.
The sessions are for one or two people (one ticket per person) so the tuition is very focused on you and what you want to achieve in the time. A larger group can be catered for but please contact us with details.
The class is made especially enjoyable by the setting; inside the grounds of the historic Red House Glass Cone. You could have lunch sitting by the canal or try our on site cafe. Take a walk around the beautiful historic building and visit the numerous other craft studios on site. Why not bring friends / family and make a day of it!
All materials and tools will be provided. No previous knowledge required. Please ensure you wear fully closed shoes and practical clothing.
Please get in-touch if you would like to see if a certain date is available before booking. Otherwise please book now and we’ll be in-touch with you!
