Join this workshop and leave having made your own lead crystal paperweight to be proud of. In a small group of 8, you will be shown how to correctly and safely handle hot glass. You will learn the techniques for creating a paper weight, adding colour, bubbles and swirls into your design. Craft a lasting memory in glass via a creative process that has been passed down since the time of the Ancient Phoenicians.

With expert tuition from glass artist Charlotte Hughes Martin, you will make your very own crystal paperweight. Maybe invite some friends or family to join you and make a nice day of it? The class is made even more enjoyable simply by the setting inside the wonderful Red House Glass Cone. You could have lunch sitting by the canal or try our on site cafe. Take a walk around the beautiful historic building and visit the numerous other craft studios on site.
